Where to begin? I guess the best way to tell you about me is to tell you who I am. My name is Greg Stephens and I am addicted to green tree pythons. There I did it!
With that out of the way lets get to it, I am a 33 year old construction professional. I have been keeping green tree pythons since 1998 and producing them since 2004.
I maintain a moderate size collection of eighty plus animals (and growing) in what some would call a state of the art facility. The set up I use is a mixture of custom and once manufactured caging, custom misting system, and all the automated bells and whistles one could dream of. I evolved to this type of set up over time as my collection has grown. The set up allows me to maintain a large and growing collection of green tree pythons with out compromising their environmental requirements. To say I am a fanatic about the cleanliness and hygiene of my animals may be an understatement.
Did I say fanatic I meant to say passionate!
In short Arboreal Specialties is a company owned and operated by me that is dedicated to producing healthy, one of a kind designer green tree pythons or chondros. I take every precaution to ensure the entire collection is well cared for and that their health is never compromised so I can provide the highest quality green tree pythons possible!
My goal is to provide great customer service, healthy & thriving designer chondros to those with the passion for this species!
Here are some pictures of my facility.

This is the 6qt tub rack used for raising and establishing neonates.

In this shot you can see the once manufacture Neodesha arboreal cages as well as some of the custom acrylics I have designed for adult males and growing up juvenile females.
Here are more sub adult chondro and yearling chondro cages.
As you can see in the photos above all the animals are maintained in cages that have drains except for the neonates.
I use no substrate at all for this species and have found the lack of substrate to me a plus in terms of hygiene, health!
If you have an questions about green tree pythons, their husbandry or my set up please do not hesitate to contact me!
I am always in the mood to talk chondros!
